Terms of Returns & Exchanges


Something not fitting like you'd hoped? Feel free to email us at thelittlejungleco@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order, we will be happy to help.

The item must be returned to us, tracked, within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in unworn, unwashed, including all tags, and in the original purchase condition. It is at the risk and cost of the customer to send the item back within the given time frame. We are not accountable for the loss of items being returned. We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. If in the rare event that you receive a faulty product, or ordered an incorrect size, please contact us at thelittlejungleco@gmail.com as soon as you receive your item(s).

For any international orders it is at the risk and cost of the customer to send the item back, we are not accountable for the loss of items being returned.

International delivery costs for purchases outside of New Zealand do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country which are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties, and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. We are unable to offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.

If a product is misplaced it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given postal service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

All sale or discounted purchases are final and cannot be returned.
